Whether you’re looking to build confidence before joining a group class or deepen your personal practice, together, we’ll recognize your unique journey and work towards your individual goals in a space where you are fully accepted.

Kripalu Yoga
Kripalu Yoga, a type of Mind+Body Yoga, teaches us to live the power of our practice on and off the mat. We learn to direct our focus within and access the body’s wisdom. Rather than strive to perfect the mechanics of a pose, Kripalu uses postures and yoga techniques to reveal the true nature of who we are.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga characterized by flowing sequences of poses synchronized with breath. It emphasizes a smooth transition between poses, creating a “flow” or “dance”.

It emphasizes body awareness and self-regulation, helping participants reconnect with their bodies and promote healing without triggering past trauma responses.
